I had two laptops that needed attention. The first needed a new internal battery (I ordered the battery online beforehand). The second had a broken hinge, no sound from the speakers and the charging port worked but would not hold the charging cable in place. The laptop was damaged after a drop.Found this service on Google with excellent reviews (and very local to me).Met with Tony, handed over the laptops.Battery replacement done more or less straight away. The other one needed parts ordering which took a couple of days but hey, everything fixed to a very high standard.Tony is a great guy and his knowledge, workmanship and expertise are impeccable.I highly recommend and would not hesitate to use his service again if needed.Thank you so much.

Had an issue with my ethernet port didn't know how to sort it, came to my house and sorted it out real quick no issues since pc back to working order.

Excellent service by Tony! Recently needed my laptop repaired and have all my files restored. Tony managed to have all this sorted for me by the very next day and working late. All whilst keeping me updated. Highly recommended. Thank you Tony

Bought new components for our desktop/ gaming. It was professionally built by an IT that we used before. Problems arose when son tried to play his games, kept crashing. Took it back to him, problem wasn't being resolved. Came across Computer Repairs Wolverhampton on Google read the reviews for him and thought he may help. Contacted him, Tony, did what was discussed done in a day. Unfortunately, same problem occured, called Tony spent an hour looking and saw an issue and sorted. He was true to his word about calling him and I would use/ refer others to him 👍

Absolute life saver. My laptop packed up and died and I was worried I'd lost all my data. Called and arranged dropping it off that morning. By the afternoon I had a back up external hard drive with all my files saved! Nothing was too much trouble, good communication, checked in to make sure all was well. Would recommend to anyone

Very good service! My laptop had a broken hinge and he fixed it really quickly. The longest part was waiting for the parts to arrive, but there was nothing Tony himself could do about that, so I don't blame him at all, and he let me keep my laptop while we waited thankfully. The actual part where he fixed my laptop only took a day: he picked it up on Friday and he dropped it of Saturday Morning, which was great and I was impressed. Thanks again, Tony!

I can honestly say that I received excellent customer service from Tony! I’m beyond over the moon that he fixed my mom’s 8 year old laptop. What was once slow and sluggish is now high speed and top of the line. Will definitely be using him again in the future if needs be.

Fantastic service from Tony. Called to query some faults with a gaming PC, I was able to drop the PC off within a few hours and it was ready the next day. 100% recommend Tony to anybody with PC problems he knows his stuff! Communication and efficiency 10/10

Couldn't possibly recommend anyone else to repair your pc. I had a issue for 2days, rang Tony dropped my pc off and picked it up the same day fully working. No more issues he will 100% be my first port of call for any future problems, great communication from the start and he also recommended some upgrades which I ordered the same day A+++++ Top bloke 👍

Spoke to Tony as our computer had the dreaded blue screen. We thought we had lost all our photos and files etc. Tony said to drop it round on Wednesday night and we collected it Friday morning all fixed with a new hard drive and everything saved. It's also working very well. 👍. Thanks again Tony. I hope I don't have to see you again too soon but if anyone has a problem with their computer 🖥️ or lap top,Tony's your man. 👏👏👏

My son built his own PC but encountered a problem when attempting to install and run a game from the graphics card. We found Computer Repairs Wolverhampton online and Tony was quick to respond. After explaining the situation, he suggested a number of things to try but it turned out that the problem lay with a faulty GPU (purchased from CEX... but that's another review...). Later the same day, Tony called back with another suggestion. He was so easy to talk to and was very thorough when explaining how to check something or what to try next. He was also incredibly patient with us. When I enquired about booking the PC in with him when the new card came, he said he could look at it the same day. We dropped the PC and card round and within the hour he rang to say it was all done. The thoroughness of the repair process was truly impressive. My son was ecstatic and was up until 2 a.m. gaming his little heart out. Thank you, Tony, your high-quality service was very much appreciated.

My laptop developed a hardware problem, I dropped it off with Tony at 4.00pm on Tuesday. Two hours later he rang me and explained the problem with an estimate of the repair cost. He rang me again at 8.45am on Thursday to say it was repaired and ready for collection.Tony was very helpful in explaining everything to me and his estimate, which included his diagnostic fee, was what I paid.Thanks Tony all is well now.

Absolutely fantastic. I needed help with a technically advanced IT problem so went into a computer shop and there I was advised couldn't happen the way I thought it could (following some research online) and that I would need to purchase a particular type of software to resolve my problem which incidentally they didn't have in stock which only sought to add to my woes as I needed the issue resolving quickly. However, Tony happen to be in the shop at the time and whilst being served overheard my conversation. He advised me what to do without purchasing anything and I've managed to sort the issue not mentioning having saved a lot of time and money too. Tony is definitely highly knowledgeable in his field. For an effective and efficient IT service Tony is definitely the one to seek.

After my laptop hard drive was damaged in an accident I gave Tony a call and discussed my problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and got my laptop booked in right away. After running some tests it was found that the hard drive needed to be replaced. Thanks to Tonys expertise my data could still be saved which I'm very grateful for. I thoroughly recommend anyone with computer issues to give Tony a call as I did receive excellent customer service at all times.

My encrypted memory stick was bent and was not registering.After sending a message late on Friday, they came to my house and collected my memory stick on Saturday. Fortunately they managed to retrieve all my work and resave it onto a new memory stick. It was then returned to my house the following Friday.Fast, friendly service! Very grateful!

Tony has been fastantic in helping me set up an unused laptop. Home pc was slow and unreliable especially when i am trying to use it for business purposes.
